The location was divine, right on the Thames! A city bus stop in front provided effortless journeys to the heart of everything. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! It was included and started each day perfectly. A restaurant and lounge on the river offered romantic spots.
Our room was on the second floor, facing the Thames, yet it remained quite cold. Even with the heating at its maximum, the room struggled to reach a comfortable warmth. It was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise beautiful setting.

Room service addressed requests promptly and with care, ensuring a seamless and very relaxing experience. Staff members were available whenever I needed assistance, enhancing the overall feeling of being well-cared for. My bags were also taken to my room.

i appreciated the option to order food to my room after a long day. it was quiet, and the view of the thames was a bonus. the room was spacious and very clean (i made good use of the coffee maker). complimentary water bottles were provided.
the main entrance closes at 10 pm due to security, requiring guests to use a less obvious rear entrance. i wish they had communicated this better during check-in because it took me some time to find my way around the building.

i found the staff cute and helpful, right. the spacious room was a lovely surprise , it provided ample space for relaxation and felt wonderfully clean. i enjoyed the hotel's location right by the thames , it added an extra layer of charm to my stay.
i noticed the soundproofing wasn't entirely effective, as i could hear some noise from outside at times. it was slightly disruptive, especially during quieter hours, but i hope they will find a solution.
